Salewa Wildfire Edge GTX is a technical women's boot that will provide you with comfort during hiking on demanding terrain. Designed for demanding users who need a durable boot for alpine ascents and other outdoor activities. They are characterized by durability, protection against adverse weather conditions, and proper foot support. 

The upper made of durable 1.6 mm suede leather is enhanced with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane. Thanks to this, you don't have to worry about rain and getting wet in unfavorable weather. Additionally, this membrane ensures constant airflow, which helps keep your feet dry during increased activity.

The leather is covered with an Exa Shell mesh that protects the upper from abrasion. Combined with the 3F system, it also provides optimal foot wrapping, flexibility, support, and increases torsional durability.      

The applied Salewa Switchfit system allows you to quickly transform the Wildfire Edge GTX boots into a climbing model. Simply remove the laces from the back and pull upwards. This pulls the foot in the toe box, and the toes are squeezed together, as in climbing footwear. After finishing the ascent, just loosen the laces, widening the toe box, which ensures comfort during further hiking.

The use of the Pomoca Speed MTN sole has allowed for better grip in wet and dry weather conditions, and the aggressive lugs help move on muddy and soft surfaces. The S-Path zone promotes a more natural and smoother foot roll during dynamic movement at a fast pace.  

All of this together makes this model extremely versatile and agile, allowing for a quick transition from hiking mode to climbing mode.
