The Alpha Run 800 treadmill is equipped with a modern training computer that displays the most important training parameters on a large screen (190x110mm). In Guided Running, you will find as many as 32 training programs tailored to the fitness and condition of each user. These include interval training, workouts with variable incline, and those that use heart rate measurements. 

The wide range of electronic incline adjustment of the running belt from 0 to 12% and speed range of 0.5-22 km/h allows for a broad spectrum of endurance and interval exercises. It is also possible to define 4 users for ideal training personalization.

The latest Energy Deck cushioning system ensures that training on the Alpha 800 treadmill does not strain sensitive joints.
