The doors with the King Pole Doors feature integrated eyelets that allow the use of additional poles to create a canopy over the entrance, increasing user comfort. The flysheet, made from durable, waterproof Protex 70 Denier polyester, provides a waterproof rating of 3000 mm HH, ensuring dryness and safety even in the toughest weather conditions. All flysheet and groundsheet seams are factory taped, ensuring complete waterproofness.

The PE groundsheet, characterized by high abrasion resistance, performs excellently even in harsh conditions, and the additional groundsheet in the vestibule allows for storing shoes and equipment in a dry and clean place. The frame made of lightweight and durable Vango PowerFlex fiberglass creates a solid and reliable structure. Color-coded poles make pitching the tent quick and hassle-free. The breathable inner polyester allows condensation to pass through freely, ensuring a comfortable sleep. 

Vango Tay 400 Treetops has undergone rigorous wind and rain resistance testing, meeting the EN ISO 5912 standard, providing confidence of use even on rainy days during weekend trips. However, extreme weather conditions such as storms should be avoided. The tent fabrics are fire retardant, exceeding the European safety standard EN5912.
