The Garmin Instinct watch allows you to enjoy long battery life during outdoor activities. In smartwatch mode, the battery life lasts up to 14 days and 16 hours with GPS enabled. You can control battery consumption using the UltraTrac™ feature, which extends the watch's battery life up to 40 hours with GPS.

The Instinct model features a MIP display made of chemically strengthened glass, scratch-resistant with a resolution of 128 × 128 pixels, which is exceptionally readable even in bright sunlight. The bezel is reinforced with fiberglass to increase durability.

With the help of the watch, you can track progress during various disciplines using preloaded sport profiles. Check data on calories burned, distance traveled, heart rate zones you train in, and set new goals.

The watch is compatible with the Garmin Explore app, which offers many possibilities in the field. With it, you can use maps, even outside Wi-Fi and cellular network coverage, monitor and synchronize your journey's progress. You can also plan your next route and save it in your collection.
