Sweet Protection Volata 2Vi Mips Helmet gloss black is a modern ski helmet that combines advanced technology and high-quality materials. In addition, detachable ear pads offer the possibility to adjust the helmet to different weather conditions.

Advanced protective technologies

The Sweet Protection Volata 2Vi Mips Helmet utilises Mips® technology, which aims to minimise the rotational forces acting on the head during falls. The 2Vi® technology further supports protection by offering better energy dispersion upon impact. These technological solutions contribute to increased safety while skiing.

Construction and functionality

Sweet Protection Volata 2Vi Mips Helmet is made using In-Mold technology, ensuring the lightness and durability of the construction. The buckle closure facilitates quick and secure putting on and taking off of the helmet. The absence of an adjustment system requires precise fitting of the size upon purchase, which may affect individual comfort of use.

Materials and comfort

Thanks to the use of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer, the helmet is characterised by high impact resistance. The inner EPS (expanded polystyrene) lining provides additional cushioning and comfort while wearing. The detachable ear pads allow for adaptation of the helmet to changing weather conditions, increasing its practicality.
