Product description

Children's ski helmet Smith Rodeo Jr Mips matte white (E00551)

Smith Rodeo Jr Mips children's ski helmet matte white is an advanced solution for young skiers that combines safety with comfort. The use of Mips® technology provides additional protection during falls, reducing the risk of head injuries. The In-Mold construction allows for the helmet's lightweight nature without compromising durability and strength.

Mips® Technology

The Mips® technology in the Smith Rodeo Jr Mips helmet significantly enhances protection against side impacts, which is crucial while skiing. This system reduces rotational forces that may be transmitted to the brain in the event of a fall. As a result, the helmet is more effective in protecting the head, as confirmed by ASTM F 2040 and EN 1077: 2007 CLASS B standards.

Construction and Materials

Smith Rodeo Jr Mips children's ski helmet matte white is made from acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer, which provides adequate resistance to impacts. The soft ear pads enhance wearing comfort, while the adjustable dial system allows for a personalised fit to the user's head. The ventilation in the helmet supports thermal comfort during intense activities.

Ecology and Additional Features

The Smith Rodeo Jr Mips helmet uses materials that are 30% recycled, aligning with an eco-friendly approach to production. The set includes a practical bag, making storage and transport of the helmet easier. The buckle fastening ensures ease of use, which is important for young users.
