Product description

Men's snowboard Bataleon Thunderstorm (BA.27.10.MTHU)

Bataleon Thunderstorm Men's Snowboard is an advanced model designed for snowboarding enthusiasts who value precision and stability. With the use of 3BT™ and Sidekick™ technologies, the board provides smooth handling and better control on various types of snow.

Advanced Technologies

Bataleon Thunderstorm employs 3BT™ (Triple Base Technology), which improves agility and reduces the risk of accidental edge catching during turns. Additionally, Sidekick™ facilitates easier edge-to-edge transitions, which is particularly beneficial on unprepared trails. FlexWalls™ technology reinforces the structure of the sidewalls, improving shock absorption.

Solid Construction and Materials

Bataleon Thunderstorm Men's Snowboard features a medium flex, making it versatile for various terrain conditions. The wooden core, reinforced with carbon and fibreglass laminate, provides an ideal balance between durability and flexibility. Additional structural support is offered by Super Tubes™, which increase the board's responsiveness.

Refined Details

The Bataleon Thunderstorm model is equipped with a camber profile that ensures stability and grip during turns. The Ultra Glide S base provides fast and smooth movement over snow. With availability in standard and wide widths, the board easily adapts to the needs of various users.

Technologies

3BT™

This is an innovative profile layup used in snowboards that minimises the possibility of snagging an edge without sacrificing ollie or carving power.

Sidekick™

SideKick™ is based on the Triple Base concept, which increases the lift of a snowboard's side base beyond the widest part of the nose and tail. The tips resemble a hull, which improves lift in deep snow and allows the board to roll quickly and evenly from edge to edge.

Super Tubes™

Super Tubes™ are hollow carbon cylinders inserted directly into the core of the snowboard that enhance camber, reduce weight and significantly increase pop. You can further tune the board's performance by changing their position.

FlexWalls™

Flexible sidewalls made of highly impact-resistant material absorb vibrations and improve edge contact with snow. This makes the board more responsive, ensuring stability at high speeds and better ground feel during turns. Flexwalls™ also increase the durability of the construction, protecting it from damage caused by impacts and stress.
