Product description

Ski helmet HEAD Faero Pro deep green (325386)

HEAD Faero Pro deep green ski helmet is advanced protective equipment designed for skiers. It stands out with a hybrid construction that combines durability and lightweight, translating into user comfort. The applied technologies, such as 360° MICROSHELL and Sphere Fit, ensure optimal fitting to the shape of the head.

Advanced technologies

The HEAD Faero Pro ski helmet uses 360° MICROSHELL technology, which reinforces the outer shell, increasing its resistance to damage. Sphere Fit is an adjustment system that allows precise fitting of the helmet to individual needs, enhancing wearing comfort and stability while skiing. Hybrid Shell Construction, by combining various materials, offers a balance between durability and lightweight.

Features and construction

HEAD Faero Pro ski helmet features an active ventilation system, allowing for airflow regulation and maintaining optimal temperature inside the helmet. The removable lining, which is washable, facilitates hygiene maintenance. A buckle as a type of fastener ensures easy and quick putting on and taking off the helmet, while the dial system enables quick size adjustment.

Materials and comfort

The materials used in the helmet's production, such as polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), and expanded polystyrene (EPS), guarantee high durability and effective shock absorption. Soft, detachable ear pads enhance thermal comfort and allow for easy removal on warmer days. The helmet meets the CE EN 1077:2007 CLASS B standards, confirming its protective effectiveness.

Technologies

360° MICROSHELL

Used in the lower edge of the helmet, a special polycarbonate layer effectively prevents mechanical damage such as scratches and dents.

Sphere Fit

The Sphere Fit system ensures a precise and comfortable fit without pressure. Thanks to the elastic band, the fit is automatic, but can also be adjusted using the snap system on the back of the helmet.

Hybrid Shell Construction

Hybrid Shell Construction is based on the use of materials of varying density and weight, providing an optimum combination of lightness and high levels of safety in the event of a fall. This construction also guarantees exceptional wearing comfort, especially on downhill runs.

Tech Lining

The lightweight inner lining combines thermal insulation properties with a breathable structure that helps wick away moisture generated during physical activity. The material helps maintain a comfortable microclimate around the head, reducing the feeling of overheating and dampness. The soft construction improves the comfort of the fit, whilst the fact that the lining can be removed and washed makes it easier to maintain hygiene.

Surround Comfort Design

The ergonomic design of the area around the ears combines a precise fit with a slim profile, minimising excessive pressure during prolonged use. The specially shaped components enhance comfort and help keep the helmet securely in place. The design also allows for the use of headphones, enhancing functionality whilst on the slopes.
