Product description

Alpine skis Armada ARW 94 (RA0000870164)

Armada ARW 94 downhill skis are designed for advanced skiers, combining modern technology with high-quality materials. Thanks to the Sidewall construction, they offer precise handling and stability, which is particularly important during dynamic skiing.

Advanced technologies

The Armada ARW 94 skis feature a Poplar Woodcore, which provides flexibility and dynamic performance. The 2.5 IMPACT EDGE technology increases the durability of the edges against impacts, resulting in a longer lifespan of the skis even in challenging conditions. With the use of W3DGEWALL, the skis exhibit better energy transfer from the boot to the ski, enhancing control and manoeuvrability precision.

Functional design

Armada ARW 94 downhill skis have a Sidewall construction which enhances stability and steering precision. The Tip-Tail Rocker facilitates turning, which is beneficial when skiing on varied terrain. The sintered base guarantees excellent gliding properties, resulting in greater speed and smoothness of the ride.

Materials and finish

The Armada ARW 94 skis feature a wooden core known for its durability and flexibility. This combination of materials influences riding comfort, offering high responsiveness and control during manoeuvres. The ski design has been created with intensive use in various snow conditions in mind.

Technologies

Poplar Woodcore

The poplar wood core gives the snowboards and skis a lower weight while increasing their strength. They are also characterised by extraordinary reactivity and enable a dynamic, energetic ride.

2.5 IMPACT EDGE

The reinforced steel edges, which have undergone a special heat treatment, offer enhanced resistance to impact and mechanical damage. The reinforced construction reduces the risk of cracks and edge chipping when coming into contact with hard obstacles. This design enhances the skis’ durability during intense riding, jumps and performing tricks on rails and boxes.

W3DGEWALL

The three-dimensionally moulded sidewalls feature a specially angled profile at the point where they join the wooden core. This geometry creates a stronger and more uniform bond between the components, increasing the structure’s resistance to damage. The optimal distribution of material and the tapering of the sidewalls at the tips of the skis reduce weight whilst maintaining stability and effective edge grip.
