Product description

Ski helmet UVEX Ultimate Resolutions MIPS black matte (56/6/338/10/03)

UVEX Ultimate Resolutions MIPS black matte ski helmet is an advanced solution that combines modern technologies and materials to ensure safety and comfort while skiing. The use of Hard Shell construction and the Mips® system minimises the risk of head injuries, as confirmed by the EN 1077:2007 B certification.

Advanced protective technologies

The UVEX Ultimate Resolutions MIPS ski helmet uses the Mips® system, which enhances protection against rotational forces acting on the head during a fall. The Hard Shell construction with ABS copolymer and EPS polystyrene provides durability and effective energy dispersion in the event of an impact. The IAS adjustment system allows for precise fitting of the helmet to the shape of the head, further increasing user comfort.

Functionality and comfort

UVEX Ultimate Resolutions MIPS black matte ski helmet is equipped with active ventilation, which allows for effective temperature control inside the helmet. The soft Hear+ Ear Pads provide thermal comfort and do not restrict the hearing of ambient sounds. The Fidlock® fastening system with a magnetic buckle makes it easy to put on and take off the helmet quickly and safely, even while wearing gloves.

Materials and padding

The UVEX Ultimate Resolutions MIPS ski helmet has a removable, hypoallergenic liner, which makes cleaning easier and ensures hygiene. The materials used, such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer and expanded polystyrene (EPS), provide optimal protection and durability of the helmet.

Technologies

FAS

Fas Adapting System - The strap system responsible for the precise fit of the UVEX helmet. It ensures that the helmet adapts well to the different head shapes and holds firmly in any situation. It thus increases safety and comfort.

monomatic system

A quick fastening system used in bicycle helmets that allows free adjustment and fit to the wearer.

MIPS®

Multidirectional Impact Protection System - A common impact protection system used in helmets. Its purpose is to protect against the rotational movement that occurs during a severe impact. MIPS absorbs the first shock, minimising the risk of brain damage.

Hardshell

Special helmet shell moulding technology applied to EPS foam. Guarantees high resistance to external impacts and absorbs shocks.

Fidlock®

Magnetic locking systems, characterised by simplicity of use and durability. Modular technology provides the user with a multitude of fastening options.

IAS

The IAS system allows adjustment of both the circumference of the helmet and the depth of the helmet on the head.

Hear+ Ear Pads

Soft, replaceable hear+ ear pads provide high comfort even during long wear. Their structure supports ventilation and effectively reduces pressure points around the ears. This improves fit and increases comfort without compromising protective properties.
