Product description

Ski helmet UVEX Horizon CV warm grey matt (56/6/341/12/03)

UVEX Horizon CV warm grey matt ski helmet is an advanced solution for winter sports enthusiasts, combining modern technology with solid construction. The hybrid design of the helmet, made from materials such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC), ensures high impact resistance. The use of Colorvision® technology improves visibility in various weather conditions.

Advanced technologies

The UVEX Horizon CV ski helmet features an OTG (Over The Glasses) system, allowing for comfortable wearing of goggles over prescription glasses. The FAS technology provides stability and safety, while the IAS adjustment system enables precise fitting to head circumference. Additionally, Supravision® technology protects the visor from fogging, which is crucial during dynamic descents.

Construction and comfort

UVEX Horizon CV warm grey matt ski helmet is equipped with an active ventilation system, helping to maintain an optimal temperature inside the helmet. Soft Hear+ Ear Pads provide comfort while allowing for better hearing of the surroundings. The removable, washable lining makes it easy to maintain hygiene.

Materials and certifications

The UVEX Horizon CV ski helmet meets the EN 1077:2007 B standards, confirming its high safety standards. The materials used in its production, such as expanded polystyrene (EPS), provide additional protection against impacts. Technologies

FAS

Fas Adapting System - The strap system responsible for the precise fit of the UVEX helmet. It ensures that the helmet adapts well to the different head shapes and holds firmly in any situation. It thus increases safety and comfort.

monomatic system

A quick fastening system used in bicycle helmets that allows free adjustment and fit to the wearer.

Colorvision

Three innovative colour filters provide exceptional contrast and excellent visibility in all conditions and terrain.

Supravision®

The Supravision® technology used in the goggles ensures optimum vision in all weather conditions. This is a special coating applied to the inner part of the lenses to prevent the glasses from fogging up, even in large temperature changes.

IAS

The IAS system allows adjustment of both the circumference of the helmet and the depth of the helmet on the head.

Hear+ Ear Pads

Soft, replaceable hear+ ear pads provide high comfort even during long wear. Their structure supports ventilation and effectively reduces pressure points around the ears. This improves fit and increases comfort without compromising protective properties.

OTG (Over The Glasses)

The OTG (Over The Glasses) system has been designed for people who wear prescription glasses. Thanks to the specially widened frame design and contoured interior, it allows for comfortable wearing of goggles without pressure on the lenses or frames. It ensures full visibility, comfort and a stable fit even during prolonged use.
