Ingredients: Berry maltodextrin, sucrose 24%, whey protein isolate 20% (milk), fructose 16%, natural flavours, food acid (malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium citrate, potassium citrate), sea salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin).

Usage: Dissolve 47 g of powder in 500 ml of water and mix thoroughly or shake. Consume before and during sports. Drink 150-250 ml every 20 minutes.
