Usage: Dissolve 47 g of powder in 500 ml of water and mix thoroughly or shake. Consume before and during physical activity. During exercise, drink 150-250 ml of the prepared drink every 20 minutes. To prepare 750 ml of drink, use about 70 g of powder.
