Usage: Tear off the top of the sachet and consume the gel directly from the packaging. The product is intended for use before and during physical activity. During exertion, consume a maximum of 3 sachets per hour. If using a sports drink at the same time, reduce the number of gels consumed accordingly.
Warnings: Contains caffeine (30 mg in 1 sachet – 40 g). The product is not recommended for children and pregnant women. The manufacturer advises not to exceed a total of 400 mg of caffeine daily from all sources; this corresponds to a maximum of about 13 sachets of the product if no other sources of caffeine are consumed.
