Advanced protective technologies

The Salomon S/Lab Equipe FIS MIPS ski helmet is equipped with MIPS® Integra technology, which reduces the rotational forces acting on the brain during a fall. Moreover, the EPS4D construction absorbs impact energy more effectively than traditional solutions. This combination of technologies provides increased head protection while skiing on the slope.

Comfort of use

Salomon S/Lab Equipe FIS MIPS ski helmet black/race blue also offers high comfort of use. The removable, machine-washable lining makes it easier to maintain hygiene. The Custom Dial 360 V adjustment system allows for a perfect fit of the helmet to the shape of the head, enhancing wearing comfort. Removable ear pads allow for adjustment of the helmet to various weather conditions.

Materials and construction

The helmet shell is made from expanded polypropylene (EPP) and expanded polystyrene (EPS), which translates into durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The fastening buckle ensures stability during use, while the Safety Release Earpads technology protects the ears in case of a fall, minimising the risk of injuries.
