Ingredients: Water, maltodextrin (33%), flavouring, anhydrous caffeine, gelling agents (gellan gum, xanthan gum), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sodium chloride, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, cyanocobalamin.

Do not use in case of allergy to any ingredient of the product.

Usage: A maximum of three servings per day. The gel can be consumed 30 minutes before intensive training for mental preparation. One or two gels can be consumed at the end of endurance training when you feel you need an energy boost or want to improve alertness and concentration.
