The XTREXO Contempla meditation mat provides a stable surface measuring 89 cm in width and 69 cm in length. The 5 cm thick filling reduces pressure on the knee joints and ankles. The product allows for full comfort during long sessions in a seated position.

Ground insulation and construction

The layer of filling made of 100% felt isolates the body from the cool ground. The outer cover is made of 100% cotton with a durable weave. The material remains pleasant to the touch during daily practice.

Double cover and functionality
