226ERS No Kramp recovery shot with acetic acid, magnesium, and sodium for cramps 6 x 60 ml pickle. Dietary supplement.

Ingredients:  Water, acetic acid, acidifying agent (citric acid), bisglycinate magnesium, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, apple cider vinegar extract, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), preservative (potassium sorbate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), flavours, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), bisglycinate zinc.

Do not use in case of allergy to any ingredient of the product.

Usage:

• During training or competitions – as needed at the first signs of increasing cramps or decline in muscle performance (high intensity, long duration, high muscular load);

• In the peri-workout strategy: about 15 minutes before exertion for those prone to cramps – as a complementary element to standard prevention (adequate fluid and sodium supply and carbohydrates adjusted to pace and load).
