Usage: Mix ~½ scoop of powder (2.25 g) with 50-60 ml of water. Consume 2 servings daily: 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving 30 minutes before training [1 serving = ~½ scoop (2.25 g)].

The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature (15-25°C). Protect from light. Do not freeze. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine daily from all sources. Due to the high caffeine content (100 mg per 1 serving - 2.25 g), the product is not recommended for children and adolescents under 16 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetics, and individuals sensitive to caffeine, with hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases. Consult a doctor before use if taking medication.
Do not consume with alcohol or medications. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving (4.5 g) of the product.
