Ingredients: Whole wheat flour - 80%, oat groats - 7%, whole rye flour - 4%, dried sourdough (rye flour, naturally fermented), iodized table salt, dried yeast, barley malt extract, malt extract (barley, rye), acidity regulator: sodium acetate; acidifying agent: malic acid; dextrose, flour processing agents: calcium phosphates and ascorbic acid.
Allergens: Contains: gluten.
Do not use in case of allergy to any of the product's ingredients.

Preparation method: Pour 330 ml of lukewarm water into an appropriate container, then carefully fold the mixture until it becomes dough. Leave the dough for at least 20 minutes, then shape rolls or a loaf of bread. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes at a temperature of about 220°C. The dough can be baked in a lightly greased heat-resistant bowl, at an appropriate distance from the heat source.
Notes
Shelf life: 3-6 years from the production date. Store in a tightly sealed package.
