Lightweight and high-quality

I bought them for training. They’re comfortable and soft, but run a bit small.

They’re not suitable for summer.

The value for money is excellent.
Go for a size 0.5 cm larger and they’ll settle down perfectly – that is, half a size.
The foam in the sole is of medium firmness, which is just right for those of average weight and above; the heel doesn’t sink in as it does in most other models.

Non-running training sessions

Decent trainers at a good price (bought for around 120 zł). They’re really more suited to training or PE lessons. For running, it’s better to look for something with better cushioning.
