Usage:
Tablets for slow dissolution in the mouth. Each tablet provides ~15 kcal. Take from 6 up to a maximum of 13 tablets depending on the intensity and duration of activity (13 tablets in case of intense and prolonged strength-endurance effort). 9 tablets provide a daily source of pantothenic acid (0.9 mg), which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supporting energy metabolism.
