The innovative zonal KOROYD® coverage not only absorbs impact energy but also provides optimal ventilation. Moreover, the helmet is not limited to basic functions. The AirEvac ventilation system effectively prevents lens fogging, ensuring clear visibility while skiing.

Technologies

AirEvac™

AirEvac™ technology, by Smith, offers excellent air circulation in the goggles, which are fully integrated into the helmet. Thanks to the adapted design of the helmet, warm air is not trapped and collected between the goggles and the helmet, but flows further through the helmet's ventilation system. Thanks to this solution, there is no problem with foggy lenses.

Koroyd®

A material used in Smith helmets that provides a high level of safety. It is characterised by a cylindrical structure that absorbs energy during impact and transforms it into kinetic energy, but does not give it back, as is the case with materials that act like a spring. In addition, thanks to their construction from small tubes, they are well permeable to air.

In-Mould

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
