During certain exercises, measuring heart rate on the wrist may be insufficient due to hand movements that distort the result. When accurate measurements are needed, the sensor placed on the chest is a better solution.  

    The Garmin HRM Pro strap can be used both while running and during training sessions in the pool. Built-in memory stores data during swimming. You can read your performance using a Garmin device or sports apps, such as Zwift. It can also be used to track the number of steps, calories burned, and minutes of intense activity.
