Directions for use

Mix 3 scoops of powder (10 g) with 200 ml of water. Use the product 30 minutes before planned training. Use on training days only. Do not use before bedtime! The recommended daily serving of the product is 10 g. Do not use if allergic to any of the product's ingredients.

The product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of the product. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended. Due to the high caffeine content (200 mg per daily serving - 10 g), the product is not recommended for children and adolescents under 16 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetics, and people sensitive to caffeine, with hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases.
