Enervit Sport After Sport is an instant recovery drink supporting regeneration after moderate-intensity physical effort. It contains a carbohydrate blend that supports the replenishment of energy stores (glycogen). It also includes added BCAAs and L-glutamine, which support the repair of muscle microdamage caused by physical activity.

Usage:
Dissolve one sachet of the product (15 g) in a glass of water (200 ml). Take 1-2 sachets daily, depending on the intensity of exercise, preferably immediately after physical activity.
