This jacket features a double-layer membrane, which is characterised by the outer fabric being permanently bonded to the membrane and loose lining to provide a combination of waterproofness and breathability.
Waterproof
The materials used are characterised by their water-repellency, making them perfect for protecting against adverse weather conditions, leaving the garment[s interior dry and comfortable.
DWR
The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
