The PAO T42 training shield is perfect for training stand-up combat sports (Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, etc.) to practice combinations consisting of boxing techniques and kicks. The shields are comfortable and lightweight, allowing the trainer to quickly change their position during combinations of strikes. The shield is filled with polyurethane foam, known as regenerat, with a hardness of 90 lg/m3; regenerat is characterized by very good shock absorption and significantly longer durability compared to traditional foams.

Very strong material
The shield is made from 7-layer plavil with an integrated nylon weave, making it virtually tear-proof during training. All seams are stitched with core yarns, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to weather conditions.
Strong grips
The shield has grips and two Velcro straps, which keep it securely attached to the hand. It does not slip or twist even during intense training.
