The North Face Quest grey men's rain jacket protects against adverse weather conditions using advanced technical solutions. Waterproofness and windproofness are achieved thanks to the two-layer DryVent™ membrane, supported by a DWR coating and specially sealed seams.
DryVent™ membrane and DWR coating
The DryVent™ membrane used in The North Face Quest model, with a rating of 15000 mm H2O, effectively blocks moisture ingress, while the hydrophobic DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating helps to quickly shed water from the fabric surface. The two-layer membrane construction (2L) integrates the outer fabric with the membrane and a loose lining, enhancing durability and comfort during heavy rainfall.
Breathable and responsible materials
The jacket features durable polyester, which provides both mechanical resistance and adequate breathability during outdoor activities. The Bluesign® certification and responsible sourcing of materials highlight the environmental aspect of the model, ensuring a reduced negative impact on the ecosystem.
Sealed seams and functional details
