The insole is ok but the material could be nicer, I bought this type of flip-flops for half the price and the insole was nicer to the touch, I have a narrow foot I left because I did not want to send them back, they do not fall off but I recommend more for a wider foot, size 36 in my opinion is 37 but overall they can be for the price.
