Shoes extremely comfortable when walking for longer distances. I have not run but the degree of cushioning of the foot and reduction of strain will quickly be appreciated by my spine. Everything as described on the website. The sizing after using the measurement example does the job and is correct. The quality of workmanship I rate a 5. Durability is hard to judge because so far new. I recommend.
