HEAD Z 2 children's ski boots black 609565 (609565)

If your child is starting to learn skiing, they need a comfortable and lightweight boot that provides good support without causing leg fatigue. The black HEAD Z2 ski boots will allow for hours of learning, making it easier to acquire new skills.

The boot shell has been tailored to children's needs thanks to Vario Last technology. The boot maintains the right softness and provides enough space for the developing foot. The Jr Hi-top design ensures a comfortable position on the skis while offering consistent energy transfer, which facilitates ski turns.

It is also worth mentioning Duo-Flex, which makes control over the skis easier by offering varied flex depending on the bending phase.

Advantages

Fastening with two buckles
The two-buckle closure is designed mainly for children and beginner or intermediate skiers. When using two buckles, the top buckle should be fastened first, then the bottom buckle, for better leg stability. They also increase the flexibility of the boot and are comfortable and quick to use.
Adjustment
They are equipped with a precise and simple adjustment system that allows them to be tailored to the individual leg structure. This ensures that the foot is well supported, which translates into increased comfort and safety.
Depreciation
Thanks to the use of specially selected materials and well thought-out design, the shoes feature good cushioning. Vibrations and shocks are well dampened, thus eliminating the feeling of fatigue, increasing riding performance and comfort when wearing the shoes.
Comfort
Comfort during hours of skiing on the slopes is key to enjoying your sport. Well-fitting boots guarantee a good fit to the foot without causing unwanted pressure, optimal warmth and the elimination of foot fatigue.
GripWalk sole
The GripWalk sole is increasingly used in ski boots. It features a rounded profile that makes it easier to walk on when you step out of your skis. This sole is non-slip, so increases safety, and its curved shape allows for natural movement and comfort when walking.
Efficient driving
The construction, the materials and technologies used, as well as the way it fits, are largely responsible for your efficiency when skiing. You will enjoy better control and the ski position will be natural and comfortable.
Efficient
A good fit, adequate stiffness and bendability at the ankle, as well as the materials and technologies used to manufacture the boots, are responsible for excellent skiing performance.
Matching
The systems used and specially developed technologies allow the shoe to be precisely tailored to the structure of the foot. This translates into increased stability while riding, control, safety and high comfort.
GripWalk
A system used in the soles of ski boots to improve walking comfort. The GripWalk soles are fully coated with a high-friction material for grip on any surface. The integrated ribbed tread enables direct and efficient energy transfer to the bindings.
Jr Hi-top
Technology in HEAD ski boots dedicated to children's anatomy. Influences a better transfer of energy from the boot to the ski to facilitate turns. The low-sloped upper allows for effortless standing on skis and provides a high level of comfort.
Vario Last
HEAD brand technology used in junior ski boots. It consists of a perfect fit of the lower part of the shell to the needs of the child's foot. The boot is soft and comfortable.
DuoFlex
A technology developed by the HEAD brand to give ski boots a different degree of stiffness depending on the phase of flex. The result is better ski control and a smoother ride.

How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

    1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

    3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

    4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
