This is the technology used in the rear derailleur, which allows very fast and efficient removal and installation of the rear wheel, as well as making it easier to change the chain.

Thanks to the use of Roller Bearing Clutch technology for the derailleur, bouncing and wobbling of both derailleur and chain is eliminated, with no loss of gearing precision. This ensures quiet operation and drive stability even in difficult terrain.

The specially designed sprocket shape ensures the highest levels of performance and durability. The triangular teeth have been replaced by taller, square teeth with narrow and sharp edges, which come into contact with the chain more quickly. The bevelled milling of the teeth improves drive performance at high chain cross-sections at extreme gear ratios. The X-SYNC removes debris faster, resulting in smoother operation and extended drivetrain life.
