Alpina Mtb17 Women's Bike Helmet is a proven and functional head protection during cycling in any conditions.

The helmet by Alpina is made of Hi-EPS material in an In-Mold construction to provide the user with the highest possible level of protection and comfort. The helmet is equipped with 23 ventilation holes that ensure maximum comfort on hot days. Meanwhile, the durable outer shell of the helmet consists of a 3-part construction.

The applied Run System allows all Alpina helmets to be adjusted to a non-standard head size using an easy-to-use dial. The Protective shield visor provides protection against water splashes and sunlight.

Technologies

Airflow Venting

A ventilation system for Alpina helmets, taking care of breathability and comfort. It consists of strategically pampered vents through which air enters under the helmet. Fresh air is then guided around the head and exhausted to the outside through as many vents.

Ergomatic

Ergomatic technology, used in Alpina helmets, is a proven buckle system featuring a red button and an automatic locking mechanism. Thanks to its one-handed operation, the strap can be easily adjusted to your needs while riding and the locking mechanism will not open automatically in the event of a fall.

Hi-EPS

Hi-EPS is an innovative technology used in Alpina helmets, whose microscopic air chambers effectively absorb the forces generated during impact. Thanks to the use of Hi-EPS, the helmets offer optimum protection while remaining slim and thin-walled for increased comfort.

Run System Classic

The Run System Classic technology, used in Alpina helmets, allows the helmet to be precisely adjusted to the size of the head. Using a simple, easy-to-use dial, each wearer can adjust the helmet to their unique head shape.

Y-Clip

The Y-Clip technology in Alpina helmets allows the straps under the ear to be precisely adjusted to keep the helmet in the optimum position in the event of an impact.

CERAMIC SHELL

The innovative top shell of the helmet is made of Ceramic SHEEL material. This is a lightweight and thin material that is extremely resistant to damage, scratches, UV radiation and also has anti-static properties.

In-Mould

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
