The 4F M035 ski helmet is a synonym for safety and comfort, essential for every skier who values high quality and innovation.

Its construction is based on the use of 100% polycarbonate, a material known for its exceptional durability and impact resistance. Complementing this is the second main material - 100% EPS (expanded polystyrene), which provides additional cushioning and shock absorption. This combination of materials guarantees not only protection but also lightness of the helmet, which is crucial during long days spent on the slopes.

The unique InMould construction used in the 4F M035 helmet ensures additional lightness and increased durability. This modern technology bonds the inner EPS layer directly to the outer polycarbonate shell, providing better impact absorption and overall helmet strength.

The 4F M035 helmet complies with the EN 1077 standard, which attests to its high quality and safety. Detachable ear pads and lining are features that enhance user comfort. They allow easy adjustment of the helmet to individual preferences and facilitate keeping it clean. Advantages

PC shell

The shell is made of durable polycarbonate. It is a durable and abrasion- and impact-resistant material, characterised by its low weight. It is able to dissipate more impact force than thermoplastic and is relatively cheap to produce, resulting in a more attractive helmet price.

EPS inner shell

Under the outer, impact-resistant shell, there is an inner layer made of polystyrene. It has a varying density and its main function is to absorb the force of impact during an accident. It provides a good level of safety.

Integrated viewfinder

The construction with an integrated visor guarantees a well-fitting visor to the shape of the helmet. In addition, the lens has a much larger surface area than that used in goggles, which increases the field of vision and, thanks to the large space between the visor and the face, corrective goggles can be worn without difficulty.

In-mould construction

This construction mainly combines different types of in mould foam of different hardnesses. These layers are closely linked to the outer layer of material, which is much harder. This construction makes the helmet extremely lightweight.

In-Mould

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
