The Garmin Venu® watch offers a range of useful features during training and daily use. The battery lasts 5 days in watch mode  and  6 hours in GPS mode with music, so you don’t have to worry about constant charging. Thanks to the tracking function , you can check the number of floors climbed, steps taken, minutes of intense activity, and many other useful pieces of information.

The Garmin Venu® watch allows you to understand a range of mechanisms occurring in the body and helps maintain a balance between training and rest. BODY BATTERY™ will show you the best time to exercise and when you should rest. It will also remind you of breathing exercises when it detects a too high stress level.

The advanced wrist heart rate sensor helps assess training intensity by continuously measuring heart rate and blood oxygenation. If you forget to drink enough fluids, you can set your own water intake goal, and the watch will adjust it according to the amount of sweat lost during exercise.
