The shoes have been enriched with a 3D collar and a structural mesh upper, including 55% recycled polyester, which ensures excellent air circulation. Both this model and the Rincon 4 are very soft shoes. My wife runs in the Rincons (she says they run like a cloud), I run in the Bondi, but I will still buy the Cliftons for competition.

Soft and slow
The shoe carries the load of a runner very well but unfortunately at the expense of speed. For training to protect the joints it is OK, but for competitions I am looking for something faster.
