    Salewa Alpenrose 2 Mid GTX is a very feminine model with a distinctive design. The solutions used in it make it an ideal choice for fast, intense mountain activities. They provide comfort, support, and protection against adverse weather conditions. 

    The upper made of mesh ensures constant airflow, which is further enhanced by the GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane used. Intense walking will not affect your comfort, and your feet will be efficiently cooled. The membrane is also designed to protect you from getting wet, whether you are walking on wet grass or caught in a downpour.

    The proven SALEWA 3F system additionally connects the instep area of the shoe with the sole and heel, providing flexibility, support, and proper fit. The cushioning EVA midsole ensures comfort, and the special S-Path zone in the outsole makes your step more natural during dynamic trekking. 

    Alpenrose 2 Mid GTX is a reliable lightweight shoe that supports the ankle, allowing you to cover more kilometers in full comfort.

    Self-cleaning POMOCA® sole performs well on varied terrain. The tread pattern, with grooves and aggressive lugs, allows for stability in different terrain conditions and changing weather.

    Lacing

    The Climbing Lacing system allows for a good fit of the footwear to the foot thanks to laces that extend to the toes. This ensures greater precision and support, especially when moving over technically challenging terrain.

    Insole

    There is a special Ortholite® insole under the foot. The cushioning foam insole provides moisture wicking away from the foot and eliminates the issue of unpleasant odour, ensuring additional shock absorption during hiking.
