The AQUASTIC Mayor water shoes are high-quality protective footwear designed for lovers of water sports and recreation by the lake or sea. The upper made of polyester features great flexibility, allowing for a perfect fit to the anatomical shape of the foot. The construction effectively protects against cuts from sharp stones, shells, or sea urchin spines during underwater exploration.
Adhesive and flexible sole
The use of thermoplastic rubber (TPR) in the outsole guarantees excellent traction on slippery and wet surfaces. This material is abrasion-resistant while maintaining the flexibility necessary for the natural movement of the foot. Thanks to Grippy Sole technology, the shoes provide stability even on muddy or rocky terrain.
Comfort of Barefoot construction
The Mayor model uses the Wide Toe Box concept, which offers additional space for the toes, supporting their natural position. The soft EVA foam insole provides proper cushioning and comfort during prolonged use on hard surfaces. This solution promotes proper posture and strengthens foot muscles while walking.
Functionality and quick drying
Quick-drying synthetic materials ensure that the footwear quickly wicks away moisture after coming out of the water onto land. The wide opening of the shoe and Easy Put In technology allow for easy putting on even on a wet foot. The fastening system, which includes a cord with a stopper and Velcro, stabilises the shoe, preventing it from accidentally slipping off.

The internal insert made of polyurethane foam reduces shocks while walking on a stony shore. This material is extremely lightweight and does not absorb water, which enhances hygiene during use.
Bungee Lace
The flexible lace with a stopper replaces traditional shoelaces, offering instant adjustment of tension. This solution guarantees that the footwear will not slip off the foot even during swimming.
Velcro fastening
An additional Velcro strap stabilises the middle part of the foot, enhancing the precision of shoe control. This allows for individual adjustment of shoe stability to the user's personal preferences.
Fast-drying

I don't know what they are like in the toe, I only tried them on. However, they fit comfortably on the foot, thanks to the lacing and Velcro, you can tighten them so that the back does not come off. However, keep in mind that they run small at least one size. I ordered 39 and 40 with a foot length of 25.5 cm. The 39s are quite small, they go on a 38. The 40 is a snug fit, which is comfortable in principle, but the big toe rests against it.
