The Cortez 13'5" kayak was designed with a hybrid layout – the side chambers are made as low-pressure, while the bottom is an independent high-pressure chamber created using drop stitch technology. This solution significantly improves the stiffness of the entire structure, increases its resistance to deformation, and makes the kayak more stable, especially when paddled by two people. The drop stitch floor also provides better boat feel underfoot and reduces the risk of water seepage.

Three independent chambers – safety in all conditions

The construction is based on three separate air chambers – two side and one bottom – which increase user safety. In case one of them is accidentally damaged, the others keep the kayak afloat, giving users more time to react. This division also facilitates even air distribution during inflation, which translates into better stability and precise adaptation to conditions.

Easy transport – convenient backpack and lightweight construction

After deflating, the kayak can be rolled up and packed into a backpack measuring 90 × 40 × 30 cm. The kayak itself weighs 13.9 kg, and the entire set weighs only 20 kg – making the Cortez mobile and easy to transport even without a car with a roof rack.
