The PAO T42 training shield is perfect for training stand-up combat sports (Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, etc.) to practice combinations consisting of boxing techniques and kicks. The shields are comfortable and lightweight, allowing the trainer to quickly change their position during combinations of strikes. It is large enough for efficient training of hand and foot strikes, yet light and comfortable for the training partner assisting during the session. The shield is filled with polyurethane foam, known as regenerat, with a hardness of 90 lg/m3; regenerat is characterized by very good shock absorption and significantly longer durability compared to traditional foams.
