A rotational impact protection system developed by Lazer. It relies on the use of EPS foam blocks that form controlled crush zones. They are crushed to absorb energy in the event of an accident, which protects the brain from injury. Helmets with KinetiCore also have a ventilation system with channels that direct air to the rear, dissipating excess heat. They are lighter and created using less plastic.

In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
