      It's worth noting that mizuno running shoes in older models have always been a little longer for sizing and you'd always choose 0.5 cm smaller compared to other brands, and with these shoes it's the other way around (you can add that 0.5 cm here or suggest HOKA sizing which is quite narrow/short compared to other brands) they are much more fitted than it used to be with Mizuno shoes.

      And the shoes cranked out two lifetime bests straight away. A very good choice for interval, starts and you can even walk in them comfortably that cut heel doesn't bother so much.
