They are lightweight, lie perfectly, you can see through them and the wind doesn't blow. I had a strange feeling about the sponge, but it's fine in the cold, it doesn't blow sideways or upwards. As for the photochromes - there are better ones, these are rather on the darker side. But I leave them, I rate them 5 stars but they are not my only cycling glasses. I think they will work well for running too. They are not as big as I thought ;)
