    MIPS technology in the Smith Method MIPS helmet plays a key role in increasing the user's level of safety. This innovative feature, involving the use of a movable layer inside the helmet, minimizes the risk of brain injuries by absorbing and dispersing rotational forces at the moment of impact. This is especially important in falls at various angles, which are common in skiing and snowboarding.

    The helmet is equipped with a Koroyd® zone, a lightweight and energy-absorbing structure that provides additional protection in the event of an impact. This technology is crucial for enhancing safety by minimizing the risk of injuries during collisions.

    The In-Mold construction of the Smith Method helmet uses multilayer polycarbonate materials that provide durability while maintaining low weight. This advanced shell manufacturing technique allows for a durable helmet that is also lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Thanks to the adapted design of the helmet, warm air is not trapped and collected between the goggles and the helmet, but flows further through the helmet's ventilation system. Thanks to this solution, there is no problem with foggy lenses.
    Koroyd®
    A material used in Smith helmets that provides a high level of safety. It is characterised by a cylindrical structure that absorbs energy during impact and transforms it into kinetic energy, but does not give it back, as is the case with materials that act like a spring. In addition, thanks to their construction from small tubes, they are well permeable to air.
