The semi-automatic Grivel Air Tech New-Matic EVO crampons represent a new generation of climbing equipment, combining innovative solutions with reliable performance. Made of chromium-molybdenum steel, they feature exceptional durability, which is crucial in demanding alpine terrain. Their twelve-point design provides optimal grip, essential for safe movement on ice and snow.

Two horizontal points located at the front of the crampons are another key aspect of their design. They facilitate movement on steep slopes, providing better anchoring and increased safety during ascents. This feature is especially important in challenging alpine conditions, where stability and grip are critical for climber safety.  

The Grivel Air Tech New-Matic EVO crampons are equipped with the renowned proactive Antibott pads from Grivel, installed both at the front and rear. These advanced anti-snow pads are essential for preventing snow buildup under the crampons, which can lead to loss of traction and increased risk of slipping. Thanks to their unique design, the Antibott pads actively repel snow, preventing it from clumping and ensuring continuous, effective grip on snow and ice.
