The mat with a thickness of 1 mm is ideal as a travel mat or as a top layer for another mat. It is extremely compact, can be folded into a square, and its weight of only 1 kg allows you to take it anywhere.
As temperature and humidity increase, so does the grip on the mat, making it perfect for dynamic yoga. Before training, you can also lightly spray the mat's surface with water to achieve optimal grip and enjoy even the most demanding exercises.

The production process has ruled out the use of toxic adhesives, and the print is made with water-based ink. Made from natural rubber without lead, cadmium, latex, and silicones, it is suitable for recycling.
Easy to clean
The mat can simply be wiped with a damp cloth. It can also be washed in a washing machine at a maximum of 30°C if there are stronger stains. Do not expose it directly to sunlight.
