    HOKA has designed a comfortable shoe model — Clifton 8 — which is perfect for daily training on asphalt surfaces. Your feet will be well protected from shocks, and the solid construction ensures that the shoes will serve runners for a long time. 

    This model uses soft EVA foam in the midsole. Thanks to it, you will enjoy good cushioning and vibration damping during running on hard surfaces. Compared to the previous model, the foam used is 15% lighter. This guarantees softness and better protection against injuries. 

    The drop from heel to toe is 5 millimeters, making it easier for you to master midfoot running technique. This model is also characterized by the Meta-Rocker profile. The rocking shape facilitates foot rollover, making the run smoother and more natural. 

    The upper of the Clifton 8 shoes is made of mesh, which provides proper ventilation and breathability, which is very important during intense running training. The soft tongue is designed not to shift excessively during running, which combined with the seamless upper offers a high level of comfort.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
