Men's hiking shoes The North Face Vectiv Fastpack Futurelight are a true innovation for enthusiasts of fast pace and long-distance expeditions. Equipped with advanced technologies and durable materials, they provide unique experiences on the trail, regardless of weather conditions.
A distinctive feature of the shoes is the use of the FUTURELIGHT™ membrane. Thanks to it, the footwear offers excellent protection against moisture, while allowing the foot to breathe. This translates into comfort even during intense effort and in all weather conditions. The upper is made of durable mesh with high abrasion resistance.
The unique VECTIV technology is designed to maximize energy on the trail. Thanks to it, every step becomes easier and more efficient, enabling faster distance coverage. A special 3D TPU plate under the forefoot provides stability in various directions, and the contoured sole shape supports long-lasting forward propulsion.

The OrthoLite® X55™ insole, made up of 5% recycled rubber, ensures not only comfort but also environmental care. This means that the shoes are not only comfortable but also environmentally responsible.
Reinforcements
Additional elements, such as a protective TPU toe cap and a seamless mudguard, enhance the durability of the footwear and protect the foot, allowing it to move in challenging terrain conditions.
Outsole
The Surface CTRL™ rubber outsole, optimised for hiking, provides high grip on various surfaces. The four-millimetre lugs on the sole enhance traction levels, which translates to safety and confidence in every step across any terrain.
Fitting
The double row of eyelets allows for precise lacing, while the shaped collar made of Lycra® material adds comfort and improves fit.

Apart from the first 2-3 weeks: rating 5/5. Initially they were quite uncomfortable and too hot for summer. After a few weeks of use they arrived and suddenly became turbo comfortable and breathable. I walked in them until the sole came off despite a few holes in the plating. They were with me on a daily basis, but also on multi-day trails, in rain and heat. I've taken them for a walk into town and into high rocks. In the end, I prefer lightweight shoes and took them on Gerlach, although I had the Salewy Wildfire Edge with me and it was a super decision. The sole sticks to wet rock like super-glue.
