    The bicycle helmet KASK Protone Icon is a universal model for both men and women, and thanks to innovative technologies and high-quality materials, it is an excellent solution for every cyclist.

    Protone Icon features an In-Mold type shell, which consists of two layers - an inner layer made of EPS foam and an outer layer made of durable and strong polycarbonate. This makes the helmet lightweight while providing adequate protection.  

    The helmet meets the Impact Rotational Test WG11 standard and also holds CE/EN 1078, CPSC 1203, and AS/NZS 2063 certifications, which means it complies with the highest safety standards. The seasonality of the Protone Icon helmet is unlimited, allowing it to be used all year round. The OCTOFIT+ adjustment system enables easy and quick fitting of the helmet to the head, which increases comfort during use and enhances the effectiveness of protection against injuries in case of a fall. 

    The helmet adjustment range is 52-58 cm, allowing for a perfect fit to the user's head.

    Technologies
    Coolmax®
    A type of polyester fibre used in sportswear to protect against high temperatures. The cooling technology wicks moisture away from the skin onto a layer of fabric from which it quickly evaporates, keeping you feeling dry.
    MIT
    The technology, used in all KASK branded bicycle helmets, guarantees greater safety and full protection thanks to a layer of polycarbonate that covers the shell on the top, base ring and back.
    Aero Control
    A high-performance coating used in KASK brand helmets. It has been wind tunnel tested and provides a good CX factor, regardless of head position.
    OCTO FIT
    The technology used in helmets, which involves fitting the helmet with special gel pads for optimum fit and comfort.
    ECO-LEATHER CHINSTRAP
    The chin strap is made of eco-leather, has anti-allergenic properties, is easy to clean, comfortable and avoids skin irritation.
    In-Mould
    In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
    INNER FRAME
    INNER FRAME is an internal frame that reinforces the structure of the helmet, increasing its mechanical strength. In the event of an impact, it prevents the helmet from breaking into pieces, increasing the safety of the wearer.

      In it your head is safe

      I bought this helmet because it had very good reviews for safety and head protection. Also, it looks good and fits perfectly. A few days ago while riding over 40km/h I fell into a pothole and landed on my head. The helmet cracked, took all the momentum on itself. The head was fine, no scratches. Tests showed no damage. So if you are looking for a safe helmet, I personally recommend it.
